Facebook Comment or Fire Sale

I recently read about this term on Warrior Forum--and I have run across one. Has anyone tried this method? I run an ecommerce shop and I do have some extra inventory. I thought perhaps this would be a great way to get rid of overstock and returned items.

Is this allowed on FB---any thoughts on this method?

    why not just announce your sale on fb and direct them to your shop?

    although I have some friend that just sell their stuff by posting it on fb.
