1st advice - do not monetize yet.

As for growing the page - set an auto advertising with a low budget. Something like $5/day will keep your posts engaging, and new users coming in.

In addition to that you can do share 4 share, I've seen people on this forum gain 500-1000 fans with share4share. Just find other pages that are worth doing S4S with. Also observe the results, and don't do S4S with smaller pages - it's not really worth it.

For some additional bump, you can set to get 20-50 new fans daily from AddMeFast, but it could mess with your real audience, so it's not really recommended.

Sorry I don,t recommend Addmefast as fans from them are not targeted.
As advised by Yoangov, spend at least minimum to keep more fans coming in.
Don't stop advertising it as your page will always be fresh with new fans coming in.
Also posting interesting and good content on your page will help to bring more fans as your content will be shared as you said it's already been getting shared by your fans.

What niche are you in? I just started a page and have 1800 active users in the pop culture niche. Like you I spent a good amount to get there on ads but I'm looking for other avenues now. I'd be more than happy to do a share2share if you're interested.

don't use social exchange sites like addmefast. most people on those sites are using fake/empty profiles to gain credits. it's a total waste of effort, money and time.

You should get more fans before monetizeing, you should try be active at forums, blogs, fanpages related to your niche. From my experience it is the best way to get free likes / fans.
Just don't use any social exchange site, it will have negative effect on real fans.

Continue to grow your fans through natural sharing. I think 2000 likes will grow on its own. And I agree with the people above, don't monetize yet. it's still risky. Think about your ROI.

Nothing, keep it going and counting isn't worth much at all until about over 75k then maybe you can charge $20 per post sponsorship ad/link from your main posting

Why do you say 75K? I've seen people on here talk about being able to monetize an active community of 10-20K likes.

I must correct you here, sorry.

99.9% are fake. Even people who go there for only a few likes create new accounts to get points. If your page is for monetization, and you already have 2k+ fans, then it's absolutely illogical to use social exchange websites.

Everybody and his dog are spamming facebook to make money now. Don't disappoint your fans by spamming your page before you even turn 3000 (fans).

These people are not in social media to buy, they are there to be entertained. It's a numbers game - the more fans you have, the higher your chances are to sell something. Also once you start spamming with affiliate links, your reach will most likely drop, and your fans will lose interest.

Of course you can try it. If your niche is a good one, you can make some profits.

I just hit 1300 targeted likes and I have been monetizing since the beginning. The trick is to find relevant ways to to so. If your niche is My Little Ponies, don't post three credit card offers a day... just be smart.

Conversions are pretty low, but I'm not losing fans. In fact I'm gaining fans. My posts are very relevant and they get likes and shares. These are products with affiliate links. I of course mix entertaining post with product post. Usually only post twice a day. Just don't spam them with stuff they have no interest in. Know your audience.
