Add Google+ Badge
Host Google group events
Become active in ‘Communities’
Get Google Authorship
Join Google Plus Communities
Place G+ Profile Link and Buy Google+ Followers

there are different ways to increase google plus followers, both free and paid.
there are sites that can give you lots of followers for few dollars or by doing likes/followers exchange.

  Google read all hashtag keywords and it helps to increase Google Ranking too.
  Also when you make Google Plus Search then your posting will show if that particular keywords match with your hashtag keyword.
