Teespring And Facebook-Becoming A Royal Pain!
Here's the thing. Recently I just learned how to use a scraper to collect ID's for "Custom Audiences". I've been hearing a lot on how custom audiences are the best targeting features to become profitable.
If you noticed on teespring, there's been a cool angle on targeting "First Names" and "Birth Years". And they've been raking it in. So I decided to go that route and give it a shot. I ran some tests on birth year and didn't go well. So I decided to go the first name route.
My designs and templates look very professional. My Custom Audience, all the same first names were laser targeted at 80,000 people. So I thought cool, this campaign is going to rock! Wrong. As soon as I submitted my ad campaign, I got the dreaded "Your Ad Wasn't Approved". First time this happened to me. So I had a hard time figuring out why the hell my ads weren't approved. So 3 more times I re did my ads from scratch, deleted the old ones and got the same dreaded message of ads not getting approved.
Yet here are other facebook marketers using the same tactics and have their ads running all over the place making a killing. Yet my ads, which follow the guidelines to a tee, can't even get approved. So why other ads getting approved and mine are not?
Another frustrating situation. I watch these videos on how facebook marketers get pennies for click on newsfeed ads and website clicks (Which I Run). Yet my suggested bids are always high anywhere from $0.60 to $1.70 on perfectly targeted campaigns.
What gives?
