Ranking a PInterest board?

I heard someone you could rank pretty well with a pinterest board. The question is should you just post or should you do something else too?

    Following are some tips :

    1)Keywords Should be in the Description of Pins
    2)The Pin Should Come From a Domain with the Keyword In It
    3)Keywords Should be in the Name of the Picture/Photo File
    4)The Number of Recent Repins Matter
