    I've heard that Facebook's been cracking down on people who are abusing custom audiences. People running teespring name campaigns are largely at fault for this. I would say be careful with custom audiences at least for now and re-read the TOS.

    If you're doing anything that is bordeline violation, don't do it or you might get banned.

    Hi Guys,

    does targeting custom audience with same surname in facebook ads works again?

    I've seen some ads link to teespring.com that works well and generate sales in teespring campaign again... Like this one Limited Edition Benjamin Design | Teespring

      Read the TOS. Targeting by name is not allowed. Period. You likely will be banned if you try to work around the terms. Way too many people were doing it and they cracked down. All the Teespring campaigns that are using birth year (Vintage 1960, etc) might be in violation of iii. Look for a crackdown if that gets out of hand. Just my opinion.
