    I'm confused too, but something going viral means you get hundreds of thousands to millions of hits on a specific topic or page for a period of time.

    People likes, share and comments the post --> Friend of Friends saw the post --> Friend of Friends likes, share and comments the post.

    I also not understand your question, but if you ask to know more about making anything viral then you can use social networking sites, write good quality contents, create images and videos then share it to social networking sites. Make them attractive to get more likes and public interest.
