Facebook - how to track how much of my emails come from my Facebook

Are there ways to monitor/track how much of my email traffic comes from my facebook page or group or from my fb posts?
are there softwares or services that can provide analytics to add to my existing email client or are there email clients that can provide this as an inbuilt system?
as an event arranger It would be good to know how much actual interest I receive from my facebook activity,
