The Social Profit Machine...

Hi guys and gals. Last night, I went to a webinar hosted by JVZoo. The guest speaker was Bill Mcintosh. This guy was utterly amazing. He spoke about his system called "The Social Profit Machine 8 Step Traffic Solution. With this system he gets millions and millions of page views and he has sold something like $50,000,000.00 (that's 50 mil!!!) worth of "stuff"= products, services, software, etc...you know the routine. I have to tell you, if I wasn't earning a good income right this very minute, I would have jumped on board A.S.A.P. Anybody familiar with what I am talking about.

I'd be interested to hear more on that one. I am a member of JV Zoo, but didn't realise they had all these webinars. Please contact me with all the details that you have through the private message system.

    Thanks

Hi. I watched it today, but had to leave before it was finished. I just read elsewhere that it costs $1,497 plus $97/month! Is this right?

Does anybody here know from personal experience if it's worth it?

        First, yes...those numbers are right
Second...no personal experience, but look at it like this...people spend thousands and thousands of dollars going to college and getting a 4 year degree and when they get out they may or may not have a job plus they do have a possible giant loan to repay, so what is $1497.00 in the overall scheme of things...peanuts. As far as the $97 monthly...again peanuts when you consider what you are getting for it. He will host 3 sites for you but the real value is in his knowledge, his support staff, his track record, his.........Good luck

Ok. So it's peanuts to you. Buy it and come back in 3 months and tell us all about it.

I agree Dave. Guy sounds like a shill. I would love to hear from someone who has bought this expensive course and has actually benefited by it. Anyone? It may be worth the investment. But I need to see proof, not the owners hype videos.

I ever spent $7000 on desk bound courses, but in end I learn nothing. With ebook or merely 2 or 3 days courses you can earn much money. Only good follow up course earn you money. Always review the course before joining, that my advice.

Ever since I discovered WSO's, I feel cheated when I have to pay for "a course" more than 17 bucks lol

Why on Earth would I pay some guru $97 a month? Why does he need that much of my money that badly?

On the whole, you get what you pay for.

The guy sold $50 million worth of stuff to people desperate to make some money, can probably buy a similar program on Fiverr for well $5.

I purchased this in February this year. (2015)
I am working the system, and it is a lot harder than they make out. I think the concept is fabulous, and like most things if you put the work in you will make money.
I am running at a big loss at the moment, but hope to turn that around, My big disappointment is the length of time it takes to get answers or action from support. They don't work weekends, and what tends to happen is a ticket can take a long time to resolve as every time you put in a request they answer after about two days, you reply immediately, and then it takes another 2 - 3 days to hear back. The long waits are actually costing me money...very frustrating. (I am waiting to get ads put onto my site that I am driving traffic to after qualifying with enough traffic 6 days ago)
Having said all that, if you are prepared to work hard, I am sure it will eventually pay off. There are partners who persevered and joined last year who are making good money. You need to be prepared to invest further money in Facebook ads, and the $97 a month is another consideration. (You are paying for his super fast server and suport)
There are live weekly trainings, and Bill seems like a genuine guy.
For those interested enough I will keep you posted

I'm on the webinar now. I used to be a member of Job Crusher Platinum, which was also pricy. The materials were quite good and the training was very, very good. However, I didn't like the overwhelming amount of courses and video available all at once. It was like...Overload.

This new program seems to be hooked and tied into the latest social media trend and they teach you how to set up fanpages and other social media strategies. But, I think the real key here is the group network the members develop together and send traffic to one another. You have the power and the traffic of the entire group helping send you relevant traffic, as opposed to just yourself buying traffic and using varieties of methods to generate traffic. Power of many over the one, it seems like...

Oh, and yes. Bill is for REAL. He really does provide genuinely good info and training. But, in this program Bill has a partner that apparently seems to be the primary.

Just remember, everyone. This is another shiny object. Most WSO's I have purchased were really worthless. Many were rehashes, many lacked relevant info, many were just theory, and many were based on a loophole which disappeared very quickly. The real money is in creating your own list and building a good relationship with your subscribers. Of course, when I see the marketing trend, mobile is going to take over by 2018 with an estimated $68B of advertising in that medium. That is only 3 years from now. Make sure everything you do is mobile friendly - as recently evidenced by Google's announcement as well.

For newbies: There are only two things you need. You WILL need one or the other, but it is better to have both.

    1. TIME
    2. MONEY TO INVEST

my advise: never pay full amount. always request payments, every 2 weeks or so. that way if it is not what they promised...you can walk away and save your money......

longtime lurker. finally decided to create an account.

I joined this in August 2014. At that time they were rocking and rolling. Getting huge rpm on ads from adsense and other programs. Your job is to build a site in a fetile niche', then you drive traffic to it with facebook ads. They tell you that you need posts to go viral to really make money. But they don't really help you with any direction on how to create viral posts.

Also, about the time I joined they lost adsense due to violations. So the networks and RPM were horrible. less than $1 per mil.

I opted out of the network and put adsense on my site and became profitable. It took 6 months to get out of the hole. I honestly would probably pursue something else but I have sunk so much time and money into this site I can't just walk away.

I fear that iOS 9 with ad blocker will finally kill this business model. Mobile traffic is the cheapest to drive to my site. But it's a close margin. If even 10% of ios users blocked ads it would probably kill my profits.

I can't talk real bad about them because what they told me to do did eventually show a profit. But it certainly wasn't any great secret plan. It was way over priced. I woudn't do it again knowing what I know now.

    Strangely enough,

The main video for Social Profit Machine by Bill Mc Intosh
on YouTube has exactly 177 views.

Where are all his "millions" of clients and sales?

Thank you one and all for your input on SPM I have just finished watching the Video replay by Bill M and was just about sold on the program Almost sounds too easy to make money the way it is promoted I too decided to check into this and have concluded that this SPM is a rehash of a system that did do well in 2014 But I am not convinced that it will produce similar results in todays environment

I just watched a webinar for this. I was (as usual) sold on it. But man I'm glad I searched this on here before plunking down the cash. The way it works is you give him $1500 and hope for the best. Talk about risk. You basically take it all and they take none. If anything happens you have absolutely little recourse. Aka you're pretty much screwed.

    $97 monthly well-spent.

      Hi Everyone,
I just listened to this webinar and, having read some fairly negative comments here, wondered if anyone who bought it could give some up-to-date info.
Is it working for new members in 2015?
Do you get the support you need?
How much extra do they suggest you spend on FaceBook ads?
