Subscribe To Members Posts /Threads

SUGGESTIONS

Set up a function that will allow any member to follow (or subscribe to) another members posts or threads.

So if a member wants to know when a selected member makes a post of starts a new thread, they will get an email (just like 'instant email' subscribe notification)

Hi Glen,

That system has been implemented for a short while. Though not all members loved the idea of "auto-subscription". You can still go to User CP > Subscribed Threads > List Subscriptions to check out the threads you follow.

  It wouldn't be an 'auto-subscription'
  
  You would manually subscribe to a 'member', and then you can unsubscribe from them when you want to. Just like you would do now when subscribing / unsubscribing to a thread.

Rick, that is not what he is talking about.

He is talking about following an individual user or users.

Let's say someone wanted to follow me and be notified whenever I make a post. That is what he means.

Nothing to do with subscribing to individual threads.
