Tables in the text editor

Just a suggestion.

The ability to add a table(s) in the text editor would be nice. Aside from creating side-by-side lists another use for a table would be to create a structured table with cells to depict images and text. Then I could submit a request to do a 'Learn' thread in a dashboard format.

BTW, MyBB has that feature in their text editor.

Here is an example:

#editor #tables #text

The problem with tables like that is they generally lay out like shit on mobile devices.

Well, if a person wants to learn - that person shouldn't be using a mobile device.

Well, Google indexes everything as mobile-first now. It doesn't matter if most of your traffic is desktop or mobile. All Google cares about is how it operates on mobile, so if you care about search engine traffic it matters.

Instead of using tables in the editor, you could just create an image yourself of what the table would be and use that instead. Little more work on your end, but not much really.
