Threads being dumped in the Copywriting forum

Hi guys,

so, recently, quite a few unrelated threads have found their way to the copywriting forum. Most of them are threads which have started elsewhere (or at least appear to have, considering the regular posters who have replied) and have been moved, wrongly, to the copywriting forum.

I'm talking about threads such as: http://www.warriorforum.com/copywrit...-opt-page.html

or: http://www.warriorforum.com/copywrit...te-please.html

These surely belong elsewhere, such as the CRO forum.

Aren't those as relevant as this one

    http://www.warriorforum.com/copywrit...ewsletter.html

You posted about this already in the copywriting section, saying...

I think the new owners need to read the stickies...
Don't you think the owners can interpret the stickies as they please? I do.

There have been weeks in the copywriting section when most of the posts there are about how other people shouldn't be posting in that section.

There are talented writers who post in the copywriting section... but a few egos have landed there, too.

The last I heard, this was one of the definitions of free enterprise.

But one of the freedoms still left is people can also vote with their feet.

I'm with BudaBrit on this one. The copywriting was one of, if not the, best forum on the WF IMNSHO.

But I'm finding the slow loading times coupled with the things mentioned by BudaBrit is causing me to want to check here less and less.

    Generally, copywriting is...copywriting.

Surely a thread about which color font to use should go in CRO. It's common sense. Likewise, a thread about a blog should go elsewhere. It's not relevant.

I only came back here for the copywriting forum. It's the most insightful forum on here and it's because it's free of general IM threads. The most recent one to be opened there is about spinning tools, ffs.

Look how busy it is now and how much useful information abounds.

Now look at some of those threads. Surely they would get better responses elsewhere. Most of them seem to fit on the CRO forum, but could equally live on the general forum, too. They would likely get more responses and get their questions in front of experts in the field they need and want help in.
