    All threads must be approved before they appear and ad threads may take up to 3 days for approval. READ the rules for the Marketplace and you will see that info listed there.


    Ad threads from 12 hrs ago are NOT going to be approved as yet. STOP re-posting the threads over and over - it will slow down rather than speed up approval. Patience is the key.

  • Sounds like you missed reading the WSO rules...clearly states 72 hrs to approval. Approvals are on business days - not weekends. Patience. Admin will contact you when they have reviewed the WSO.

    Is that the ad you are asking about? It's live in classified section.
  • If an offer is deemed to be unsuitable for a WSO (unique product created by the seller and offered at a special price, for example) - admin will put that offer in the classified section instead.


    In this particular case - the income 'prediction' would keep it out of the WSO section (my educated guess). As for why you still see 'pending' - no idea.


    I thought sellers were contacted when ads were approved or moved - but maybe that's a change I missed, too.

  • Find the receipt where you paid for it and try to get a contact from there. The forum does not keep a record of individual purchases. You could also contact the seller through his profile here or post in the sales thread you purchased from and ask him to contact you.

    It can take 2-3 days - or more on occasion. You placed the ad TODAY so you'll need to wait for approval. Perhaps use the time to read the rules of the marketplace and of the forum discussion sections.

  • We don't delete accts on demand. However, when you stop logging in to the acct it will quickly 'disappear' as new posts/threads push it down in the archives.


    Your previous posts were in 2017 and those threads are CLOSED to new posts. Had you not logged in today, unlikely anyone would have seen those old posts.

  • IF you purchased a product that was featured in a paid ad thread here (such as a WSO) - first you post in the thread you bought from.

    You can report that seller/thread using the 'red triangle' if someone is selling here and not honoring the guarantee they made on this forum. Since you have not posted here since 2018 - no one knows what seller or product you are referring to.

    If you report the seller you need to prove you purchased, when you purchased, etc - so that Admin can verify there was a guarantee and that the product was sold on this forum.

  • Hi Chris - The approval process has changed quite a bit in recent years.


    The rules say 72 hrs to approval - but it's sometimes longer than that. Approvals are not 24/7 as they used to be - but weekdays only - and support tickets don't seem to be answered at times. I don't understand it, but it happens.


    I'm a moderator but don't work with the marketplace approvals...I can see your post is listed as 'paid, waiting for moderation' so I would assume you'll get approval at beginning of the week.

    I have created a Live webinar for launch as an WSO,, and also a classified ad,, last monday and paid for both ! the Live webinar is on tuesday the 30th Novenber, with which i thought was Plenty of time to spare to collect plenty of registrations to put on the webinar Live for the warrior forum community , as it would be one of the most beneficial and very educational for them, i am still waiting for them to go live.... they are Both still in the waiting for moderation section Please jay hastings was supposed to be doing this Free Webinar for ,,,, so it looks like i won't even be getting the Weekend Eyeball on it !!

    • Not sure you'll get a response from Admin until after the weekend, but I can see your WSO is live. You can find it on the first page of the WSO section - however, it's unreadable in the existing format.

      I've posted about this in the mods forum, but in the meantime, you might want to try reformatting the text yourself.

  • If you READ the WSO rules you know ad threads are not 'instantly approved' - they can take several days before they go 'live'.



    YOUR WSO will not work as it is...this is how it looks:



    Did you copy/paste from Word or other html doc? The forum is in bbcode so you need to use the forum advanced editor perhaps. If your WSO were approved as it is it would not work well.

    My warrior for hire page mistakenly listed as a WSO on my offers and I can not edit it. Also need direction to open my other offer which is a WSO - how do I repay for this WSO to reopen.

      I've already explained everything on the ticket, but I'll explain it here again for you:

      • Your for hire thread (https://www.warriorforum.com/warrior...velopment.html) was moved to the WSO section in 2018 by an old moderator, but was moved back to the WFH section by Kay in 2019. Kay's decision to move to the Warriors For Hire remains. Also, your paid thread was posted in 2012, and is almost 2022. Come January 3, we will close your thread and you will have to create a new one.
      • Your WSO (https://www.warriorforum.com/warrior...velopment.html) is way past the 1-year validity rule. Like your WFH thread, your WSO was published in 2012. We have made a few exceptions in the past, but starting Q1 2022 all WSOs older than 1 year will be closed.

  • WSO's now run for one year and then must be re-submitted. The one you are asking about is closed and many years old.

    I see your 'for hire' and it seems to be active so not sure what problem there is. You posted in it today so it appears to be working.


    Admin (Enzo) manages the Marketplace but may be a day or two for answers as it's a weekend.

  • You submit it as a new WSO - if you have testimonials in the old thread you can use those as part of the sales page or add a second post to your WSO for reviews/testimonials.



    There may be another way to renew a WSO - but if so I don't know what it is. Enzo (admin) handles that so might ask him about it.

  • Forum has been down all day and just began working properly


    Help desk and ads are not often handled on weekend days so anything submitted over a weekend waits till the next business day. However, we are in a holiday week so not sure what the timeline will be this week.

    Don't mean to be rude - I know it's frustrating when you want answers and have to wait... but I doubt much will be processed til after the holiday. I could be wrong but usually this is a slow time of year on the forum.

  • You are asking the same questions again - that Enzo answered directly above....and in the ticket to you as well. You cannot 'repay and keep them open'. I expect Enzo will post more about this 'update' at the beginning of the new year as it will affect other forum members as well.

    I have been told my WSO needs revising before it is approved as it's "Not a WSO". Not being able to edit it (I can't offer at a different price), I would like a refund of the $179 I paid. However the helpdesk seems to be having some technical issues, so I am asking here where to go?

    • I have reached out to Enzo a few times, however I am yet to get a response. I have been a member of this forum for coming up to 14 years, so I do know the rules on WSOs... however this one, I simply had a brain freeze on.

    Why is it so difficult to get in touch with your helpdesk?

    Last Friday On April 29th I paid $20,00 for the publication of my offer but is still "in moderation"
    Therefore I sent 2 tickets for an update but I did not receive any confirmation that my submitted ticket has been received and did not get a reaction.

    Sending multiple help desk queries does not speed up the process - those are not answered on weekends. Also, when your first post on the forum is an ad, it may take a bit longer. Please be patient and admin will contact you.

    • The last one created was 3 minutes before you posted this. All new threads are moderated - so spam is deleted before members see it. It is not an instant process.

      You should have received a message (PM most likely) about the second thread which was not approved. You cannot solicit contact in discussions threads.

      On that particular thread you are welcome to expand and explain that topic in a thread - or to run a paid ad if you are selling the info or the service

      You are not blocked or banned but the rules apply to all. The time to approve a new thread may be minutes or may be quite a bit longer - depending on mod availability.

    • If you are canceling War Room or other payments - you can cancel a recurring payment in your Paypal acct. Not sure why the ticket is a problem but Enzo (admin) will see this post here.

    • Are you referring to placing an ad in the Marketplace section? What are you trying to do?

    • There are forum sections - not 'dept selections' - click on the 'forums' and the 'Marketplace' in the black toolbar above for lists of those sections.


      Then click on 'User CP' in the white toolbar above and explore the forum options a bit to learn your way around.
    • 1) This is a thread you created so obviously you can though perhaps not in all sections as yet. The answer I gave you above is NEEDED as you are expected to know how to navigate the forum. Reading the rules and learning how the forum works is important for new members.



      2) There is no 'upgrade' except to the War Room and I do not recommend that at this time when you are new.

    • Look at the black toolbar. Where it says Warrior Forum, directly below it says User CP. Highlight it and left-click. A drop-down box appears, the 3rd line says Edit Signature. Click on that. When it opens, it should land on the Edit Signature page. Fill in the blank space to add your signature, then scroll down to save your signature or preview it.

      Make sure you follow the signature rules, which can be found in the Community Guidelines.

      Also note this on the Signature page - "Please make sure your signatures have a maximum of two lines and are in good taste. Mods will edit any signatures that they deem to violate this rule. "

    • Try this, do you see your user name in the Black Toolbar? Top header on the right side, next to Join the Discussion in the box? If you do use the drop down feature there. Below update profile will be Settings. Click on that, on the left side you will see Edit Signature, directly below Edit Avatar. Click there where it says Edit Signature.

      Any further help you will need to create a help ticket. I gave you the link in the last post. Or wait till Admin logs in after the weekend.

  • Since November, forum support has not been responding by email. It's also impossible to create a ticket -- when I try to do so, the department field disappears as soon as I click on it.

    We paid for creating a topic, but still haven't received its moderation or approval. There has been no response at all -- no review, nothing.

    Could you please advise how we should proceed?
