How to contact support?

Hi everyone,

I clicked the "Support" link in the top navigation menu to contact support, but it redirected me to the Freelancer website.
Is that correct?
I submitted a support ticket anyway.

I launched a WSO and paid on June 22, 2025,
but I just received a PM from the admin saying I need to pay again.
I don't understand why.

Also, it didn't let me reply to the PM because this is a new account.

    That is correct. The forum is owned and run by Freelancer. You can also post in this subforum (Warrior Forum Help).

    I'm not sure why that would have happened but will point admin to your post and hopefully they can clear it up..

    That is a forum wide limitation that can cause confusion, for sure. Until your PM sending ability is lifted, maybe just deal with them through the ticket system or this thread.
