WSO rules link broken?

Hi guys,
Just came back to the good old WF after a few years away, and was poking around the site and found the 'WSO Rules' link, but it seems to be broken, I get this message when I click on it:
The thread you were looking for has been removed. Check other discussions on the Test Forum below.
Have the rules been moved somewhere else? I certainly don't want to break any when I post a WSO. I had to post this in the 'Internet marketing' forum as when I selected 'Forum help' it said You do not have permission to access this forum. Appreciate any guidance from anyone.
