Looking for a partner for B2B IM Venture.

This is my first post here on WF and I hope to make it a good one.
I am a partner in a land based company in NYC that provides B2B services. I write deals for cash advances,merchant processing and echecks amongst others. I also have a ground floor opportunity with one service which is not widely available on the market at this time.
I have an intermediate knowledge of SEO and a novice knowledge of programming. I plan on targeting low competion keywords in high competition niches selling the services directly. I am launching between 5-15 sites all honing in on all different secondary keywords.
I am looking for a partner who has a strong pedigree in SEO both on and off site. I am open for mentoring, partnering and anything in between. I plan on using primarily white hat tactics and have a clear plan for link building and generating high quality content as well.
I already have most of the domains, hosting and I have had a custom template already designed I wanna make sure I get this right as I have invested time and money already and its time to start getting some direct leads and closing some sales.
