How do I keep DIV tag to move with page?

I am making a website and the DIV tag (my column) has an absolute element (which I know makes it stay in one place).

My question is how do I revamp the code so I can keep the DIV column on the right side no matter how wide I make my screen because right now when I change the screen size the image stays stagnant and does not move with the new dimensions.

    I think you are talking about sticky div.
    for this use following properties
    .stickyClass{
    position:fixed;
    right:0;
    top:20px;
    }

      I have one more question, my image wont move with the page, same problem as before and I want it to move with the size of the page.

      I tried the same thing but it didn't work, do you know what will help?
