I need some advice..

I am not familiar with uploading html via ftp.

I basiccaly made a page in my WP site and then I went to the page and right click to view page source.

I copied the page and saved it to an html file (in Word and tried on Chrome browser)

I then went to filezilla and added it to my site via FTP.

When I visit that page it shows the raw html code and not an actual page.

What could be causing this? The syntax seems to be wrong, but I cannot figure out why.

Any help?

    Have you saved that page with .html extension?
    Example: page.html and not as page.txt or page.html.txt ?

    If you provide links of the original WP page and the other page you want to uploaded it to, then it maybe easier to identify what the problem is.

    Try to go to front site, view elements of that page and copy it to html file.
