I have a video clip that I want shown on my website. I downloaded it and now it is a file in the windows media player format. Let's say it is the video clip that is the death scene from "The Interview" and I am sure youtube would remove it. So, how do I show the video on my website without using youtube? I think I remember doing this with a third party tool.

If you have a website then I assume you own hosting. Then you get a player like flowplayer or jwplayer. Put the code on your website and the video on YOUR server.

Well you really need to convert it to MP4 format first, then use a video plugin to play it. I second jwplayer, it's a great video plugin.

On a side note and probably not my business, but I hope the video is not what your saying it is, your just asking for major trouble.

I think jwplayer is best to do this, also you can use another third party to do this.
