Single Page Website

Hi All,

I have just completed my first single page website design. I have built this website from scratch without using any templates. I have used jQuery, HTML 5 video, CSS3 and fullPage.js.

    Over all I think it' looks real nice.

    Takes a while for the site to load for me, the mountain video takes time to load, plus it's jerky after it's loaded. Doesn't play smooth.

    Only other thing I noticed, it might not be too good SEO wise because there is so much code. Just a thought

    Looks good, but you should move all Javascript libraries from <head>. Put them just before </body> tag. By doing that your website will be much faster.

    It takes too much time to getting load. Remove all javascripts libraries, so that your website will load much faster.

    I tried it in safari on mobile. loads reasonably quickly. looks cool too. I like that the backup image for the video is still a mountain so it remains similar to the desktop theme

      Hi All,

      Thank you for your comments. Before I put the website on the production environment I will of course move all of the script into a js file, merge all the css into a single file and minify it along with compressing the html. The videos will also be compressed.

      I am still working on the design and layout of the site so I have done this yet.
