Wordpress Plugin recommendations for popups and social sharing

Hi there everyone.

I've just launched my first website, and some of the features it comes with are not all that great.

I'm looking for a good popup plugin to use with my mailchimp account. Something customisable that wont show up to users who are already subscribed. Also a plugin that will show up when and where I want it to show up, not straight away right in the middle of the site.
Any suggestions? I have tried plenty that just don't cut it.

Also, my social sharing icons aren't great. I have had a few comments about them being too flat. I kind of like them not being too bold, but I want people to use them as well!
So I'm after a plugin with some good social sharing icons/buttons.

    Any recommendations?
    My current popup is clean and easy to use (came with my theme), but it pops up every single time you use the page which is not ideal.

    Everything else I have tried either looks cheap and spammy or does not work the way I would like.

    Take a look at OptinMonster - Best WordPress Popup and Lead Generation Plugin might be what you're looking for.

    You can set the cookie duration to as many days as you'd like so it wont pop-up every visit, like every 30, 90 days, or whatever. However, I'm not aware of anything that can detect if someone is a current subscriber or not.

    There's different timing settings too: instant, time delay, and exit-intent
