Wordpress Contact Form Plugin With Attachments

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a WordPress contact form plugin with the following capabilities:

1- Can attach files (doc, docx, pdf, jpeg, txt, etc)
2- Can attach video files especially from mobile devices (smart phones and tablets).

Paid or free plugin, does not matter as long as it can do the above.

        Contact 7 is good but kinda Heavy (My Opinion)

        You can try Fast Secure Contact Form - easy to add the form and you can do all what you want with...

          Funny enough, I always used Fast Secure Contact Form but never went into the "Advanced" settings.

          When I tried to see how it may work, I just could not figure it out and the author instructions for adding attachments are very vague and difficult to follow.

          Now, for Contact Form 7, will it allow a person to attach a video to the contact form while they are on their mobile device?

          In other word, I make a short video with my smart phone, then go to the site contact form, also on the smart phone and attach the video.

          Will it let you do this?

    Allowing public file uploads to your wordpress installation can be an open invitation to install malware.

    Your first option is easy, the second is going to give you problems.
    First check and see if your hosts allows it.
    The other item to keep in mind is that most uploads have a max file size too small for videos.
    Will need to find another way around it.
