Soflyy "WP All Import" WordPress Plugin

Can someone point me towards a good example of how the WP All Import datafeed plugin should work? It doesn't have to be an affiliate site (don't want to violate the rules here), just a good example of it's use.

I tried it on my new blog last night with not-so-good results, and would like to see what the feed looks like when properly executed.
