Cross Browser Fix And Color Changes?
I am so close to having this new site design finished that I can taste it. I think this may be the last bit of help I may need on it. At least as far as getting it coded. And yes, I know a lot of work needs to be done including getting it to validate. Also I know I need to remove the white spaces in the css...thanks for that tip earlier.

1. When you view the site in a screen with a width of around 600px you will notice that the color of the nav bar is green and the color of the circle direction icons on the scrolling image becomes green as well. The circle direction icons should not have changed color and I am at a loss as to why they did. Is there a way to fix this?
2. I notice there are problems when I view it outside of chrome. For example IE10 does not drop down the mobile menu on smaller screens and the larger screens seem to have that same green color on random links through the page. Is there any fix that can quickly fix the cross browser issue?
