How Do You Make a Custom Optin Work?

I created this 'image' in Photoshop, but cannot figure out how to add my aweber script or activate the button, any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    first you should have to convert this psd mock into html form then you can embed your aweber code in it. If you know development then you can do it other we have to hire someone who can first convert it and then aweber code. I hope you understand the process. Only image can't do anything.

    Well, I have Dreamweaver too, just haven't gotten around to using it much. Since, this was just a rough idea of what I want to do, I'll go ahead and see if I can find a video that will help me convert the 'original psd' into HTML in dreamweaver, and then I should be able to figure it out from there...hopefully!

    Of course it's going to need HTML so you can have the email field. Plus an active submit button.

    I am not a graphics person, but think you need to slice the image. Then you have smaller images, for faster loading.
