what do you think about this website?

At my first impression it looks pretty good. I do not like the name. I think it should be Amazing Fitness instead. Amazed fitness make no sense to me.

As I scoll down there is almost to much comtent, too many articles, too many choices as to what to read. Maybe you could make it a bit simpler ? Also the tags should go, tags look bad to IMO and I bet no one ever uses them.

I like the design, It is responsive.

Here are my thoughts about it:

- where is the option page ? (mandatory if you are doing marketing

)
- what is the promise and what do you sell ? You don't want to be too broad.
Again I want to emphasize that the design is awesome, and the design is well done. but from a marketing point of view, When i take a customer point of view, there are some things missing

1.Logo design is awesome
2.GUI is attractive.

Too wide sidebar. I see only ads. Difficult to concentrate on the content when it's squeezed into two tiny columns with a huge ads banner to the right.

I have always liked two colums and not three. Three seems like too much stuff all over the page. I like a right hand side bar and the main portion of the page is just content.

Fitness does not have emotion, it cannot be amazed. However, you could have amassed fitness.

The site looks very good overall, except there is too much blank space off to the right towards the top of the page. You could have chosen two of the thumbnails and featured them in this space with slightly larger pics to add variation and interest.

Article pages look good. What I would change is that "Featured" widget on the main page which now has like 20 articles and they are loading quite slowly.

Just keep 5 featured articles and you'll be fine.

I am currently viewing your website as I type. IMO, your website is straightforward and gives the viewer an easy grasp of what your website is all about. Your logo is big enough for it to be recognized. Your navigation bar is also easy to read. When I try to resize the window to check the responsiveness of the website, the navigation bar cuts off and I don't see the arrow button pointing down so that I can access the other menu. I also find the ad kind of in-your-face, kinda hard to focus on your main banner. I also have a problem viewing the content because it is kind of overwhelming. Try to put at least 4-6 featured articles only on the homepage so as not to make the homepage look cluttered. I also checked your website on my mobile phone and it seems to be working pretty ok. I just kind of can't read some of the texts because the font turns to black, and you have a black background.

I hope this helps.

My thoughts:

1) I like the logo, I would think about utilizing the space on the right hand side of header
2) I would drop the ad above the fold line. I got no problems with running ads, I just think the top half of your screen should be for the viewer...bring him in...then sell him
3)Maybe bring the "follow us" social bugs up to the header
4) I actually like the "popular Posts widget moved up above the fold line where the ad is.

Other than that, I think you are looking good.

I think the site looks fine, but what is going on with your backlinks? Please tell me you didn't run some SEO-spam tool on your main domain.

Also, that content doesn't seem unique, if I take about 10 words from any of your pages, quote it, and search google, I find it appearing all over the place.

Edit: none of it is passing through copyscape as unique. Edit2: actually some of it seems ok.

yea some of the contents no unique , some ok etc

thus no doubt it does affect the traffic.

actually is more like my hobby to remind myself to keep fit...

Anyway I never use any black hat way of SEO ....

no doubt you can see results fast but also it don't " last long " ....

It looks good actually but the "Recent Posts" should be somewhere else, besides it seems that you already have it on the right side of the site.
No need to worry about the design it looks professionally done.
However, just focus on minimizing the content on the homepage so it will not look overwhelming.
