    Lets assume "auto insurance detail" is your main target keyword. There are 7,000 results for that term and 48 million for "auto insurance" alone.

    Just adding keyword in title wont cut it. You need to learn more about SEO.

    Like keyword research, blogging, targeting, link building etc.

    Although SEO is a great traffic source, you can get very targeted traffic by posting information on Twitter. Tons of traffic, however, will not generate sales if your landing page is not designed properly.
