Is there any way to create a WP pulug-in & theme very fast?

It is almost favorable that the WP is now the best way for creating a website. It's the fastest way for building a website too. But sometimes I feel that creating a WP Plug-in and theme in a custom way need a lot of time. Now a days its need to create faster way.
Just entering some information a site owner can create a theme or plug-in. If he has no coding knowledge than no matter. I think WP developer and editor can take a look on this
point. It will help a man to create site very fast and run his/her small of vast business.
I ma interested to know about this type of opportunities. Also working on it.

If anyone have knowlege or information please suggest me as soon as possible. I want to start my new business in virtual markets.

    The fastest way of creating WP themes or plugins is using frameworks. Most are free but there are also some premium ones you have to pay for.

    They make the process easier, just don't forget that they are a starting point and still need work on your part to create a good product.
