Can I create a website by CSS, HTML and php file at a time??
Please inform me.
#css #html #php
  • Yes you can if you know php, html and css. Lots of websites are created this way. Php is generally used if you are tying your website to a database. Easier way would be to go with WordPress. The php and html and css are done for you. Only thing you need to change is any custom edits you may want.

Sure. Using PHP to build a static website, without a database, can be a big time saver. Most notably by taking advantage of PHP includes and breaking your page up into reusable chunks. This will allow you to have one file for the header, footer, and maybe sidebar. Doing it that way makes the site much easier to maintain, as any change will show up across the site.

Op course you can use HTML CSS and PHP at a time in your website. if you build a HTML template, it needs CSS to style it and also needs php to dynamic it, like form validation needs PHP.

Yes you can use all three at the same time and is great to create layouts such as header, footer, content... etc.
