Need a serious robust HTML popup

Hi all, I need a good html popup (I mean not a wordpress plugin) I need it to work on a html page built in dreamweaver. If anyone could suggest anything please let me know.

Please do not suggest anything that pops up after you hover your mouse near the top of the page I have few of those, what I need is to pops up when the visitor actually tries to close the window. I also have several of those but they mess with my funnel because even if the visitor submits the form (Purchase) (BTW I use jotform for that jotform.com) the popup still triggers.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    You should be able to modify the code so that it detects that it has been submitted and cancels the submission. If you search here and programming for threads I started,the answer is there. If you are not comfortable modifying the code, this should be about a $15 job tops on fiverr.
