Integrating InstaMember With JVZoo
I'm currently using Insta-Member as the platform for my membership site, but I can't get my new subscribers to automatically get login credentials.
The documentation is extremely bad and what exists is confusing.
Does anyone have experience with InstaMember who could help me through the process?
I have been around and around with their support who keeps referring to a "tech guy" but no one there seems to be able to give me a straight answer.
Alternatively, can anyone suggest a better membership site that will allow me to accomplish my goal? (Although I'd hate to have to change horses now that I have everything set up...)
Here is my desired flow:
When the member clicks to "Access Purchase" it looks like the control goes to my InstaMember membership site and locks up, gives the user a "Payment Error" and provides a link to open a support ticket. The ticket is opened in MY support portal on the membership site.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Finally, what is the BEST membership portal software available that will integrate with JVZoo?

1. Member purchases through sales page (http://learnwithpat.com/join);The problem seems to revolve around the green "Access Purchase" button.
2. Member is taken to JVZoo site;
3. Member PAYS using PayPal for subscription;
4. Member is added to Insta-member Members/Affiliates database;
5; Member receives login credentials AUTOMATICALLY.
