Free PHP Tutorial Course

If your looking for something free as far as videos go, then YouTube might be your best bet. Udemy courses are sometimes free as well, usually when they first get listed.

As far as a book goes, I would hit the public library, should be able to find at least one good book on it there.

I recommend checking out a few of the free tools / sites below for free php lessons if your just starting out:

Learn PHP - Free Interactive PHP Tutorial (my personal favorite)

https://www.codecademy.com/learn/php

That should just about cover all the basics as far as getting to know the foundation of php

W3schools is a good site, it's where I learned PHP. Take note, though, because their tutorials can be a little more difficult to understand than other sites because they tend to move so fast.

You can visit W3School for learning all type of programming.
It gives you step by step tutorial to learn programming easily and reliably.
It is very appreciative.
