Hi... I have a new site Beresford English Springers - For dog lovers who want to know everything about Beresford English Springers but at the moment

I am unable to it, it keeps timing out. I have tried clearing cache, cookies and used different browsers but still it wont open. It says in downforeveryoneorjustme.com that it is just me... but i would like to make sure...

Can you please try opening it and tell me if it is opening all right for you?

    It works. Now I would advise deleting your post before the admins think you are trying to get some free traffic with some sneaky promotion.

        Qualify what? I checked the site for the guy and it worked fine. Plus, some people could say that this whole post is a way to get a few people to check out your website.

          This assertion is what I'm telling you to qualify. It's a website advertising the adoption/purchase of a very specific breed of dog.

          This is an Internet Marketing forum.

          So either 1) you think a lot of Warriors want this very specific breed of dog or 2) you think OP is so overwhelmingly dumb that they've gone for the most untargeted traffic they could find, given the context.

          Do you have a third possibility? I'd love to hear it. I'm sure the mods would too, since they have likely seen what I see (if they've seen it at all): a specific request for help from an aged account that other users can take action on/help with.

          If you don't have that third explanation, then c'mon man. There are a PLETHORA of worthy targets for these kinds of comments. Leave OP be and let experienced IMers walk him through troubleshooting the problem.

    Ping your domain name and see what the ping results say.

    It *could* be an ISP issue. A route to this domain name (well, IP address) could have been wiped out of the router's routing table, or simply an ethernet link could have went down.

    Also, flush your DNS cache, and see if you can reach the site via it's IP address alone. And simply... restart your computer and see what happens.

    Are you able to access other sites? Have you tried a different computer/laptop in your house?

      Yes, I just did all those things and nothing helped. I can open every other site no problem but this one simply will not open.. just times out every time.. (I can open it using a proxy) but I need to get into the wp-admin and proxies wont let me do that... I don't know what to try next, any ideas?

    Also, just a thought, if you have a mobile device, check the website from the mobile data network and then again with the mobile connected to your wifi. If it's your wifi, get on the phone to the ISP.

    Also, out of curiosity, can you access it from an incognito window?

    Yes, it is opening well in browser on my computer. The site is nicely developed. Images and videos are too nice. The best part of it is that it is mobile responsive and such sites are good for better user experience.

      The original poster could have even tossed us a link to a MMO site. I would have checked it and it would be allowed. Poster is asking specifically just to see if their site was loading. Poster has been here since 2008. Poster was transparent in their request.

      Won't say all these requests are as simple to qualify - but take a look at someones profile/time here, past posts etc before calling a judgement.

      Pretty good site, basic, clean and nice. If you are having trouble at your end then it is probably cache, DNS or your internet. DNS normally. Suggest to try it on a iPhone ipad/PC in a different location.
