how to enable too bar on wordpress?

weird All the while I enable it so easy to edit....

suddenly how the tool bar above my site missing....

i have to go back dash board and edit..which a bit troublesome....

I remember can enable it or what but forget where...happen to see before under my dashboard.

anyone knows where?

Sorry if I can't explain well here if you know what I mean " tool bar " here...

while you log in your WP ...go to your site..you can straight edit the post without go back to your wp dashboard area.

    In your Dashboard go to Users and then choose "your profile", and then put a tick in the box "Show toolbar when viewing site"

      I already check it

      but still the tool bar never appear...

      I never do anything ..or install new plugin ...

      all the while ok..just happen weird......

      anyway no choice I will have go dashboard edit although is a bit trouble some and waste some times....
