    Unfortunately there's no such software invented yet.

    You need to create your WordPress site en then re-post all your content from your HTML site to your new WordPress site.

      There was a guy I hired (from India) thatg did that for me about 3 years ago on Fiverr.

      You could check there. Read all their reviews really carefully.

    Yes, there are scripts and online tools for this purpose, but they won't help you.
    It is possible to convert HTML to WP if you know how to do that.
    If you don't, better hire someone on fiverr, odesk...
