    fiverr can be trusted, but you have to check work experience, portfolio, quote to whom your are assigning or contract.

    Fiver to have a a WordPress website built?

    Well, depends on what you exactly want as a WordPress website. Fiver is certainly not the place to get something too elaborated, but of course as it's been said make sure you check for everything as often low prices are too good to be true. Good luck.

    Please clarify what you mean by "made"?

    Is that launched, set up, plugins ready, theme on it and ready too? (if you own the plugins and theme that is).

    Or do you mean some sort of custom design, layout or?

      I've never used WordPress before but would like to like to start. I am looking for someone to customize a premade theme to meet my business needs. Not sure what the limitations of WordPress themes nor do I know if a custom theme design is the best option.

      My goal is to be able to have a turn key fully functional WordPress website ready for business.

        I would say a good place to start would be the warriors for hire forum section of this website, there are a lot of good people there offering to build Wordpress websites (Warriors For Hire)

        And personally I haven't used fiverr yet for services so I couldn't comment on them.

      I recommend Rocket Themes (RocketTheme - Joomla Templates, WordPress Themes, Magento Templates and phpBB Styles) there you can get them individually or get a membership with access to all wordpress templates. I also recommend Elegant Themes (http://www.elegantthemes.com/).

      As I have worked with templates from both websites and they're extremely good quality and with a wide variety of options and color templates for each option.
