Hosting in RAM

Is there a service (SaS or Cloud) that would host my page in RAM, not on disk ?
Kind of cache server, but for fast download, I don't want it to be stored on disk, I need the provider to stored in memory.

    As far as I know there aren't any companies offering that service yet. However, SSD hostings runs quite fast.

      serving the page from RAM, I can deliver it in 3 microseconds (for 1kb page size, 4 microseconds for 2KB, and so on). But you have to add the network delay, that number is starting from 50 milliseconds, and at most about 250 milliseconds if you are located on another side of the globe from where the server is.
      Will this be a good benefit ? The prices for hosting would be expensive, like 1 USD per 20 MB or so, because there is only 64GB of RAM per motherboard you can put, at reasonable cost.
