Software for a new site?

Hi all,

I'm looking to design a website and want to use some kind of drag-and-drop software, but can't decide on what. I think Adobe Muse looks good, but I don't like the CC el ments or the monthly payments. Wordpress looks good, but I don't like their limited "Themes" or templates. I want to build something from scratch, not use code, and not use an all-in-one web-hosting package like Weebly. I would like to design the site on my computer and figure out the webhosting stuff later.

Any recommendations?

    You are kidding. Wordpress has many thousands of themes available both free and paid and many, such as Themify are drag and drop. In fact, here is a list to 30 of them: 30+ Best Drag And Drop WordPress Theme Builders

    Use Adobe DreamWeaver and search for some site building (not coding) tutorials in YouTube. It's pricey but it will make you habituated with coding along the way.

    If you could build anything from scratch you would already know Wordpress themes can be created from a blank text file.

    Not use code for a custom site/app?
