Guys please help, i've been trying to make something similar like this:

Scroll down and you will see the top 10 list. I want to make something similar to the top 10 list, with images and stuff, but can't find any plugins for it or any code or whatever. Someone please help me i don't know what to even search lol. If not, anyone know how these are called?

    You won't find a plugin that does exactly that.
    Do you by any chance use theme that uses the Visual Composer plugin or anything similar that makes it easy for you to drag and drop and just place things?
    It may be much easier make it that way if you don't have any coding skills.

    Basically it's just a container (were the content is) with a header (for the header).
    An image and a button.

    All those items have then been styled and a hover effect has been added.

    If you have any coding knowledge you can use Firefox, right-click on it and go to inspect element you will see how it is created.
    You could even just copy and paste the CSS for it so you can make it exactly the same.

    If you are using Wordpress, any good content builder will enable you to create pages like this. On Themeforest there are plenty of top Wordpress themes that have built in content builders or you can add a plugin like Visual Composer from Code Canyon or you can get the plugin that I use which is Thrive Content Builder.

      Tried using Visual Composer, but can't get anything close to that with it lol.
