WP Image Help please.

Hi all,

It doesn't matter how much stuff I read or what I watch, My flippin' images never sit with the text wrapped.

How do I do it Please......

I have read a great ebook all about WP and the description for inserting an image is exactly what I have been doing but STILL mine only end up with text above and below.:confused:

I know it's something really simple and I'll probably feel really stupid when someone tells me. But hey - stupid is worth it if I can sort it on my blog!

    Are you trying to have text OVER the image? If so, you can use div layers and set the images as a background image.

      Hi Waloosh,

      No, I'm trying to do something that should be idiot proof - I'm simply trying put the text next to the image. if the image is on the left, I want to put text to the right of it. When I download the image to the WP gallery, I check the wrap text box (or whatever it says) I add to post, then save. Guess where the text is?

      Underneath or above the image!! White space next to the image!

      Anyone tell me what I'm not doing - I've watched the tutorials, read the ebooks. What next?

    Make sure your CSS stylesheet allows for such alignment. Even if you do that in your Wordpress editor if the stylesheet contains no style for the image alignment, it's not going to happen.
