Hello everyone,

I want to know if CorelDRAW is a better option for doing website designing? Or is it only for logo designing? What more can I do if I learn CorelDraw?

P.S. I know basics of Photoshop.

Once you've completed the pencil and paper part of the process, and you're looking to get a digital design, my tool of choice for layout is photoshop for the general layout and so I can fine-tune the graphics. From what I've heard, coreldraw has similar functionality to photoshop so I can't see why you wouldn't be able to use it if that is the case. There is a free photoshop workalike called Gimp, which works just as good, if a little tricky to get used to if you've used photoshop.

If what I said helps, let me know, throw me a 'thanks'.

  • CorelDraw is a fantastic software with the intuitive drag-and-drop functionality, you can quickly get started with templates, Site Styles and more to get your site up and running in no time. It is easier than photoshop and you can design a website.

If you are serious about learning something, I would not learn CorelDraw. Photoshop and Illustrator are the way to go and are really essentials if you want to be a designer.
