OK, I have Google Tag Manager plugin, Yoast plugin and WooCommerce plugins that all need to be updated in my wp-admin. However, before updating these, what do I need to do first? I don't want to break the site, so it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Just login to your dashboard, go to plugins, and update them one by one.

Is it necessary to back-up the web site though? See attached screenshot - there are 3 different, but the one that concerns me is the WooCommerce one....and have you backed up word press sites before? Curious - thanks

You can update your all plugins. Start from backup your website and then go to the admin panel then select all all plugins that are outdated and click on update. your plugins will be updated automatically . Don't forget your laptop and computer connected to internet. Hope this will help you to update your plugins. T

    Hi toivo,

It's always a good idea to backup your website on a regular basis. Personally, I like UpdraftPlus because it makes it easy to automate the backups and store backups in the cloud.

Once you have a recent backup saved just click the update button to automatically update your plugins.
