Do you know any website builder software (can be offline) that will help people with no coding knowledge in building own website. Requirement is export feature to file (html+js+images etc). For example Bootstrap Studio but I am looking for something even more simple.

NO unbounce, leadpages, instabuilder, instapage, wix...etc.

Its a preference thing though. I hate Visual Composer, but never mastered it so. The so called responsive ability was crappy IMO. So I use a page builder for nothing more than placing a short code, and what I do is build all my content with Slider Revolution.

However, its not really about creating slides or anything dynamic as much as it is about what I consider total control over how your site will respond to whatever device. Its not the easiest plug-in to learn as it is capable of so much but there support is pretty good. If you are very comfortable with Photo Shop then I would say DEFINITELY get any old page builder, buy Slider Revolution because its actually very similar, and have fun.

I really enjoy the webflow builder ( Some have said that it can be a tad bit intimidating but I think that is just because it is packed with a ton of features. It did not take me very long at all to become familiar with the web builder. It also has a really cool automatic CMS system built in as well.

You don't need any real coding skills to build a wordpress site using free theme or one bought from themeforest. Most sellers there even offer support to set your site up

If you need an offline builder and non-wordpress, you can try.

It is a good builder which I have used before with good success.
Signature handles your WordPress site by doing all of the maintenance and technical work for you. Making backups, managing updates, maintenance, performance, security, SEO, etc.

Also was going to recommend webflow. Haven't used it but I've heard great things.
