    When you build theme for others especially if you try to sell it on ThemeForest, you want to know everything under it's hood, every single line of code.

    Point and click tools usually produces a large chunk of useles nested elements. It will be difficult to maintain, and it won't pass the review for code quality. So the best tools are your hands and a plain text editor. Take some time to learn how to build theme properly.
