You don't. Magento is a shopping cart platform. You enter in content, style it the way you want it, and start selling product.

Hi Justinspencer,

Just as rts2271, implied, you don't convert HTML to Magento. Magento is a shopping cart platform that generates HTML pages like all other shopping cart and CMS platforms do.

What you probably want to do is to have a custom (HTML) theme developed for your Magento shopping cart, right?

For that you will need to hire a Magento theme developer (a.k.a. Magento Frontend Developer) or learn to do it yourself if you are a programmer:
Create a storefront theme | Magento 2 Developer Documentation

Another option would be to purchase a pre-built Magento theme that is close to what you want. That will save you a lot of time and money and will likely end up with a much better made theme.
