Having some trouble

I bought this theme from elegant themes
Quadro Them- Just another WordPress weblog
I'm trying to modify the logo and am having some trouble with it.
The guy provided me with a logo.psd and the full quadro.psd but I'm not able to make my logo file with the same black shade.
Help me!:confused:

One more problem....I just noticed that the ad space in the preview link I've posted isn't there on my preview page in my wordpress dashboard.
What do I have to do??

    might as well just pay logoNerd do you one for $10 over in the WSO, photoshop is hard Ive never been able to get on with it myself lol

    Hi Sid,
    The color your need to use for the logo to blend into the background is more brown than black. I have sourced the correct color palate for you: #19110A. Are you using Photoshop to customize this theme - if so you should be able to use the eye drop tool to match this perfectly.
    Your add space config should be located somewhere in your themes option list under appearance tab in the dashboard.
    Have you read through the themes Instructional page - it will usually explain this there/or on the designers blog/help forum.

    Right, thanks. I did check out the tutorial page but did not spot a tut for adding ad space. I'll check again. Maybe I was too stressed out.lol
