A simple platform's total cost.

I'm an ambitious young man who's trying to step forward like you all,
I have a "good" idea in mind which is to create a website / platform,
I'm 100% satisfied with this idea and I think it's gonna success as there is still no one has done it / thought it out yet
So I'm here asking what could be the total cost to create a platform that's for example similar to this one ( https://www.avito.ma ) It's a moroccan shopping website and its role is to connect the buyer to a seller ONLY, nothing else ( its role stops when the sellers post their number and the buyer calls them )
But what I like in it is the easy-use searching filters,
and the way the website was promoted, it got very popular in Morocco
So what could be the total cost to create something like that from A to Z ?
