How to center image in Dreamweaver CC 2017?

It used to be simple just one click... I've spent an hour figuring this out and still haven't got it...
Am so frustrated and if I don't take a break now blood vessel in my brain will pop

Google "how to center an image in dreamweaver cc 2017" whole front page has instructions and videos. Google is usually a better solution for these kind of techy questions I find

  That's the first thing I did but you can see that results are mostly for older version and similar questions.

  Alright figured it out. It is simple as before but options are shuffled all over the place.
  Window>Properties (or ctrl+ f3) then to select whole site right click on background and click "select child" and you'll see align option in properties bar and just set it to center. Thats it
