kk Star Rating error

Hi everybody. I am currently managing a web site, using Wordpress.
I have installed kk Star Rating plugin, but the following error: does not display the star on the home page, but has displayed stars in the posts.
This error may have occurred because I edited it somewhere.
Who can help me?

    Have you checked the options in the admin panel?

    There must be an option saying to active the star ratings to display on Homepage!

    I am a WordPress expert and can help you with the same if still, you are facing the issue. May I know what changes you made in the plugin and also want to know that you made any custom template for the homepage.

      I think this is the problem. Previously this plugin still works normally on the homepage. But then I edited the "something" on the home page, and this happens. Unfortunately, I'm not good at code, so I can not handle it.

    I think you may off the option to show in homepage. It must show the rating in your home page. Please go to wp dashboard then kk star setting and found different option for placement. Initially have a cross for show on home page. Please click on the cross. I think it work now

    I think you just need to disable the "Show on Home Page" feature. Maybe because your theme does not have KK Star supported at the Home Page

    I think that you have edited any of the theme code by yourself? If you have, then, can you upload the latest version of this theme in your site and check it? Thanks!!
