Byte-Order Mark found in UTF-8 File.

I'm getting the following warning message in some of pages in my site using the W3C Validator:

The Unicode Byte-Order Mark (BOM) in UTF-8 encoded files is known to cause problems for some text editors and older browsers. You may want to consider avoiding its use until it is better supported.
I suspect it has something to do with the "content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" in the meta tags.

Another thing, I'm trying to figure out is how come it's only some of the pages in my site that is getting the above error message while all of my site's pages that has the "charset=UTF-8" in them?

Is there a way around this dilemma? Thanks.
